The most challenging aspects of a career
I prefer to stay busy and productive on a daily basis. I enjoy a challenge and always complete tasks before deadlines. I get along with all work colleagues and treat everyone with respect. I also try go the extra mile for everyone. I have experience in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint. I have worked on programmes such as BPO and Accpac. I have diplomas in excel, telesales and conflict management.
Pros: I am very capable of doing anything to the best of my ability
Cons: I prefer to work alone (no interferance from work colleages)

Excellent learning Curve
Rema is a good company to work for. staff and employees get along very well and people is very friendly.a typical day is a very busy day where you need to be focus to get things done as there is a lot going on a people stop by at anytime and need assistance. I have learnt a lot from operating a busy switchboard to admin filling and data capturing.I Really enjoy helping people and assist in any way i can i don't like to have boundaries in my work or people who does,nt like to help others. i really enjoyed working on the switchboard. Learning all about cars and services bookings and to draw up monthly reports was very challenging for me.

Recruitment officer and I am passionate about my work and willing to assist and focused
I am a hard worker, ambitious, creative. Problem solving skills. I love working in a team so my strength would be a good team player, I am one person who loves to finish and plan their work. My team is my family as we always go out of our way to assist our team member. And at the current employer I have learnt to share ,and work under a pressure alot, and always meet deadlines. And my presentation skills have improved due to the induction I present before the new joiners. Thanks to my director. Difficult aspect of the job is when it is difficult to get the right candidate for the position, however patience pays later

New challenges
I'm dealing with a different industry as I'm used to construction but I'm learning how the current industry in working on operates, I'm teaching myself new thing everyday and improving my skills

Learning a different industry
I've learned a lot as I'm from a construction industry and now had to adapt to the new service providers industry and doing more paper work and dealing with different clients with different requirements but I'm doing my best to learn as much as I can

Excellent learner,fast learner
I am a strong person with good communication skills,I learn fast,I like to work under pressure,I like challenges in a work place, I like to sort a problem out immediately when it arises, I like to work on schedule and met deadlines ,I learned to work with employee's as all are equal, I enjoy to learn and to build with in a company

No transparent communication from top to bottom
On paper, the company seemed like a great company to work for. But it turned out to be a little toxic. There is no open and transparent communication from Management to Staff.
Pros: You are exposed to international subsidiary
Cons: Some executive are not pro people growing and there seem to be no protection for staff

Excellent learning curve, I'm doing books for for 4 different entities and not just one company.
Great learning curve, company works on Accpac and I had only work on Pastel. I've had an exposure to a new accounting software. I am also now doing books for more than one company . learning

Learning a different industry
I'm in a customer service industry with lots of working culture to get use to run with it although safety is always the same. I've been to construction for my whole career.

New challenges
I've been into construction for 6 years and now I'm on the different industry facing new challenges and learning the whole process and procedures but I'm jelling in smoothly and managing.
