Great working environment, learning daily and chances of promotion there. Provision of study assistance to those who need to further their education. Although I worked in the admin side of things, one would best placed at head office for career advancement

Team work

I like the hours I use to manage my own time also love to travel different provinces,Friday work meeting very special also love my client they give opportunity to build new friend thorough working ,the most challenging part is oure target but I manage to reach it

Need new challenges and targets

Well motivated excellent team player. Always make sure I meet deadlines way before time. We have a diverse company with people from every background. Thus creating in us a feeling of each others views and insights. Live values of trust honesty and respect

Working at Regent

Its a fastpaced company and i enjoy the challenges of monthly sales targets. I also enjoy training individual members of my team and sharing my knowledge and experience. I have a company car which is a big advantage and use it to visit companies to create opportunities for my reps. I would like to be able to change some of the procedures like appointment of new representatives and streamline the whole process to be more affective. My relationship with my admin personell and sales people is very good. Getting every member of my sales team to produce at minimum-level has been a challenge.

Career growth

i work with clients on a daily basis and i enjoy my job a lot, it gives me peace seeing clients happy, i know how to handle pressure and objections. i relate very well with clients and management, my typical work day include calling clients to schedule appointments, attend appointments to present my product, closing deals, doing admin work. i have learned to be trustworthy and loyal at all times.

Everything is excellent.

it was such a great experience working there i’ve learned a lot and after my contract ended i decided to enroll myself for management assistant qualification. Regent taught me how to be independent, responsible, quality and result driven. i can now say i’m capable of working under pressure, in a team and unsupervised. I always maintain focus on the customer which has aided me in developing collaborative relationships that will benefit the organisation that I’m affiliated with. I am innovative with excellent customer service, communication (spoken & written) A dedicated visionary who loves to work with people and see their problems being solved
