Excellent learning curve

_ Every day was a challenging with new things to learn _My relationship with co workers was good because I learned to work with them more over I needed to develop a good relationship with them as their trainer,metor and coacher, During my time I ve learned that every person it's unique,special,and mut be treated with respect as they are different. _What i enjoy most was when I see another person or underprivileged person develops even more than me that was my satisfaction. The most challenging was when been expected to deliver bt nt given enough tools,or when management's creates walls for people not to be developed,and not believing in their employees,

Pros: Yes there were opportunities fr growth
Cons: Workings long hours was a voluntary C's one will need to go an extra miles to achieve the goals set

Need some new Ideas

Good Management Very Motivated Driven employees Tight Security Management and Directors or Board Members interact from time to time to keep the company on track and the business flowing. Management then interact with the stuff to keep them all well on point with what is required from all of us at Regenersis. I am enjoying this company but want to earn more and grow faster.
