Get great training in all departments.

Starting up of plant. taking opening readings supervising the operators to correctly start the plant and log in the opening parameters. blending of oils, and fuels produced. taking samples to the lab and analyse them, direct the operators how to make adjustments and monitor the plant. ordering of raw materials and tank levels monitoring.adjust plant . Report any deviations to the operations manager.k levels monitoring.adjust plant . Report any deviations to the operations manager.

Pros: Learn all the jobs on site
Cons: Small teams to manage and lot of work to accomplish. Five plants and three operators
