Digital Marketing Coordinator

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator my duty is to ensure that the planning, strategising, scheduling, implementation and executing of digital advertising campaigns are carried out. Whether it be on a website; on social media; creating html mailers or sms copy. A great deal of my function requires focus and discipline in enabling hard deadlines to be met in a very fast paced, pressured, constantly changing and detail orientated environment. My direct reporting line is structured to management, senior management and various suppliers. Team work is incumbent upon thought processing of creative ideas and strategies. Resulting in me having a can do and getting the job done attitude. If you are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with a positive energy and mature attitude … allow me to join your team. Excellent learning curve

Very pressured environment. Learnt how to handle the pressure and not go under. I enjoy the interaction with people and the telephone engagements. I guess the most challenging aspect is when we have unhappy, irate clients that needs to be sorted immediately. Customer service is extremely important that much i have learnt. In order for you to keep your clients and relations for years.

Excellent learning curve

Working aWorking as a switchboard operator and frontline reception is more than some people give credit to. We are first point of contact and also represent the company and people will know what type of service they will get from contact with the secretary. To little credit in all organisations are given to frontline reception.
