A typical work day can be unpredictable as there are different queries to deal with some can be sorted in a short space of time while others are time consuming. Relationship with co-workers - in my immediate team we work well together however there are some disrespectable people whose behaviour is tolerated by management. I have learnt that its not how hard you work or how good results you are able to produce that's gets acknowledged but rather how friendly you are towards management. Favouritism is rife and that when you speak up, you leave yourself open to victimisation. I enjoy problem solving, challenging the norm. The feeling of achievement, about being productive. The most challenging aspects of my job is being managed by someone that has no leadership skills. I want to be lead NOT to falter with you. If you can lead by example then you should not be in the position.

Learning

Over the years I have acquired leadership characteristics and qualities, accompanied by a sense of responsibility, trustworthiness and organisational skills. I am eager to learn, and am fully prepared to participate in any in-house training programme that you may offer, which might increase my effectiveness and broaden my horizons as an employee for the company and for my own professional development.
