I loved my previous days work

Getting my staff motivated and planned with a vission for the day. Ordering and stock take with administration and daily figures needed to reach bottom line targets. Meeting visitors and scheduling appointments with customers for venue hiring. Checking up on my peers and staff. My relationship with peers, co workers and superiors is well respected and well balanced. Integrity and responsibility is engrained in my values. I enjoy meeting new people daily and building relationships with my clients. I have leaned how to deal with conflicts that arose immediately and professionally and that was most challenging part of the job was to try and keep every visitor happy especially in peak season when dealing with 3000 plus people daily.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Standing for 9 to 15 hours a day
