Excellent learning curve

I deal with allot of clients on a daily basis , which I love doing because I'm such a people's person . I do also go look for new clients for our division( company ) which I feel it is quiet a challenge as our division is still new and our competitor is so big and well known in East London . I do feel business in our kind of product is very slow but I do everything in my power to market our products and services on a daily basis . I have a team of employees I look after which I love working with as we have such a good relationships and we communication well together . I love the operational part of my job and not loving the sales part as I never wanted to become a sales person and don't live it even being a people's person and very proactive , I just don't like doing it and it does not make me happy .

Pros: Great opportunity as its a high Managment position and great experience
Cons: Don't like doing sales and having targets

Amazing work spaces with the most brillant people to work with

Working at Red Alert has been one of my most favourite experiences as you deal with customers /clients daily. We have the most amazing and hard working people from ground level all the way to the top. We are a company that interacts with one another and our clients.

Computer literacy

It requires somebody who is strong cause you deal with different kind of people. Other are in a happy mood others in bad mood. So it means having to adjust yourself all the time. The condition is not good cause I work out side when is cold am the when is hot am the.

Pros: It is hard job to do with long hours. Cause you the face of the company. You get to deals with different kinds of people who sometimes make your job unbearable

Fast leaner and good hard working

I am a hard worker, working under pressure and independently, I do achieve a lot in my current employment in university, I have lead that it is not easy to deal with adults as I am younger then the most students of the campus but I know how to handle situations based on my duties. I have learned so much and gained much experience for campus administration.

Pros: this was a great oppotunity of having university job because now I know a lot.
