Excellent learning experience

I truly enjoy working at this company, the work load is manageable and the Director lets you work how you are comfortable and does not boss anyone around. My co-workers are good people, great to work with. we respect one another and understand our duties, so no one disturbs another. i have learnt customer service and patience, as it is very important to have patience and be polite when you work with people. I enjoy working according to my schedule and doing things the way i feel comfortable in. I enjoying working with my co-workers and students who come in for the course. The challenging aspects about my Job is when the system is down and student don't understand that, and just want e.g their results.

Cons: Work is the same
