This is totally something new for me the Real Estate business.

a Typical work day is doing research on properties, contact sellers & potential buyers. List the properties on the web site and market it for the sellers. Very good relationship with my co-workers, we share and discuss information on properties and be helpful to each other. Learnt to be patient and to wait for buyers to contact you regarding your listings. What I enjoy the most is to see all the different houses and designs/creativity what people came up with. To be thankful & grateful and share in the joy if one of your co-workers sale have gone through. The team building events we have and the road show expo's we have. The most challenging aspects of the work is to find properties to market

Pros: You can grow and go further in any company.
Cons: Working hours, but shouldn't be an issue.

Totally new environment for me the real estate business and learning curve

I am learning new things while I am here, about sales and marketing. I enjoy speaking to new people and viewing they're properties to list. The most challenging is to get properties to market and to get sole mandates on them. Me and my co-workers enjoy each others company and we all get along very good.

Pros: You need to promote yourself in this business
Cons: Normal
