Real Promotions Reviews

Hard work and long hours

my name is kabelo i work at real promotions i wake up at 3am every morning from monday to Saturday i normally have transport problems on weekends because most people dont use public transport at that time because most of them get offs from work so i leave at 4am and arrive at work at 5:30am and prepare for the day and we are forbidden to have a seat so we stand on our feet and prepare for the day, we leave our offices to different malls that we are specified to in groups were we will be asking people to sign up for a charity were one will be paying R125 every month for a year but the most difficult part of the job is getting a client to provide his or her account number as it will become a debit order. we leave the field at 5pm and head back to the office to submit our documentation and then we leave work at 7pm and i get home at 9pm and i get paid R120 per sign up and is strictly commission based

Pros: opportunity to become sales manager
Cons: long hours of stressful work

Excellent learning experience, mostly enjoyed the traveling and out door experience

i have worked very hard in the past 1 year 2 months observing management and at times having to step-up to unexpected roles in management. The part of me having to learn people skills was not the hardest as i am a natural at listening to understand and resolve office personal issues without having to consult management at a point, so i would say people skills and networking are some of the skills I've learned to possess. as i am a very inquisitive individual i love self study and prefer knowledge and experience above all that to me is the best investment a company could go into as you end-up with quality staff that are well competent towards duties and tasks required for completion in a shorter span of time.

Pros: Greatest learning experience were at any level you are able to communicate with any part of management freely by forms of networking and team building , the enviroment lets you be yourself witch helps to find own ambition
Cons: commission with no basic

I have call center telesales experience, where we were selling Telkom products i.e internet routers, insurance, WIFI modems, dongles and handset deals. I am very interested in the above mentioned position as I meet all the requirements. Your response will be highly appreciated. Thank You

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day will definitely be productive, captivating and very fun. You get to meet different people and relax and relate with prospective clients. My relationship with my colleagues is excellent as I learn a lot from them since I'm the youngest. They have the wisdom and knowledge to assist you whenever you need help. I've learnt to adapt to different challenges, I've become more of a go-getter which implies I strive for excellence now more than ever and I've started thinking on my feet because some situations demand that kind of response. I enjoy meeting different personalities and reading a person's body language during my product pitch so that I see the type of response I'm evoking in an individual or groups of people. The most challenging aspects are the long working hours and money for ride-outs when we go out into the field.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

get to work from six to six, the colleagues are the most wonderful people because they are so welcoming its home away from home, I also learnt that as a person you always need to know why you doing what you doing, making the sale was always the best part of the job, long hours and the pay was not up to par because it was only in commission.

Pros: you learn how to be your own person and still work with a lot different people
Cons: long working hours

Opportunity giver

Work is always hectic but nice. The work environment is good, and the relationahip with the staff is great. We treat each other like family and help each other. T Everyone believes in team spirit and i have learned the importance of working together to promote growing together. The working hours are long and tiring but all is worth it because the results it yields are lovely. We work with targets and sometimes it becomes hard to reach them.

Pros: Great personnel and chance to grow
Cons: Long working hours
