There no going forward in the company

A typical work day at REA Engineering starts white n meeting and a summary off the day's work. Alle the worker's must know and understand wat too do on the scope off work and understand the drawings. Then if the worker don't understand i'll explain too him the drawing. The best thing off my job is too help worker's when they struggle and don't understand te drawings. I want everyone to learn what in have learned about boiler making and welding. Then if everyone understand there job all start white my own job. First I receive my drawings and I check for errors then i'll check iff everything is on side to compleet the job. Then I'll start to manufacturing and resembling the job's for Sasol mining. That is n day typical in my life.

Pros: There's no opportunities for promotions
Cons: Working hours is fine from 7-5
