Pros: my typical work day is to set a target and to make use I reach my target. working with my colleagues makes my day much easier and fun. I have learned a lot and I am willing to share my ideas of what I have gained during the day. I love working in fun and hardworking environment.
Cons: most challenging aspect is to go above my expectation by doing my best even if It includes working more hours than expected

I have learned to socialize with people very well. Workplace is where i spend most of my time at.
The working environment was amazing,dealing with different characters everyday rude and annoying but you still have to remain calm and collected. The activities we were having made it easier for me and coworkers to get along.

Achieving serbice levels with excellent service to the customer.
A testing environment where you need to be at your best as customers need account information to be broken down and simplified. To continuously go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction and follow process and achieve quality of service. Achieving call handling to keep service levels at 100% and to constantly multi task to complete a query

A day at RCS is like any other day in the working environment when it's a contact centre you get the busy days and your quiet days. Challenges is when the decision makers make decision without notifying the agents of those decisions. All people in the business is friendly. Within the period of time working at RCS i've learned to have patience.

Retail Experience
The typical work day would be dealing with customers who want to apply for credit as well as any queries regarding they account or cards. I maintain a good relationship with my colleagues so that the working environment and they seem to like me. I am a friendly and polite person who dedicated to providing the best possible service. The most challenging aspect of the job are dealing with tough customers who are difficult to please. Although it may be challenging I do have experience in dealing with these customers and have developed the skill of keeping them happy. I have learnt more people skills and professionalism dealing with clients. I enjoyed working with my colleagues the most.

Company is average with regard to growth. People I work with is fine. Management average. Working at the company is average nothing extraordinary or to be excited about. Being micro managed works in some instances but not all. Co workers we will always have so make working with other people an enjoyable environment.

Learning curves
A typical day at RCS entails verifying customers documents i.e. bank statements and payslips , verifying income from those documents and processing New account and loan applications. Working a RCS for the almost two years has broadend my knowledge about the financial industry where certain aspects are concerned and also how we do business in comparison to our competitors.The most challenging thing about my role at RCS is the drastic changes that happens within a short period of time which I do enjoy however the long working hours that goes with the role can be stressful and exhausting at the same time. Growth opportunity is also limited to only a certain extent and I'm looking for something more balanced i.e working Monday to Friday,growth opportunity etc
