Pros: would like to see myself as a manager one day.

Currently studying generic management qualification

deal with fresh nandos orders on daily basis,good communication skill nd have good labour control,and can deal and work with different kind of people,i enjoy working with people and achieving daily goals,most challenging is towards easter and December where we have to produce double our order.howsoever the case may be we always achieve.

Pros: would like to see myself as a manager one day.
Cons: dont have a problem with long hours,willing to go extra mile for the success of the company

I am a hard woking person,who is pasinate and dedicated to his work

I am working with a team consist of 42 employees, have daily targets to achieve on daily basis. I have good self management and people management skill that I have already implemented on my section and previous sections' have learned to lead with passion and intergrity.my challenges is when I have to produce high volumes and at the end achieve it.and I enjoy when I encounter problems and be able to achieve it.

can work under pressure and have a good self management skill and people management, and I find challenges very interesting because they grow me.i have learned to be professional and also give customers best service they require.

BUSY STUDYING GENERETIC MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION

I am a production superior ,and have a team of 40 members reporting to me on daily basis.currently dealing with Nandos fresh product.have a daily targets to meet daily with the team that I have been given.have people management skill and can deal with every individual professionally.and have a conflict management and also aware of the GMP AND SOP.
