Dealing with different people and no two days are the same

Managing food safety management system, Woolworths food safety guidelines and customer complaints. God relationship with my food safety team plus production staff. I have learned the value of working with people irregardless of positions. I have also learned the value of team work. I enjoy seeing work done and getting results at the end of the day. Dealing with people who do not understand the importance of food safety as the backbone of every food manufacturing company.

I earning in group and in team work always gave the best out come so this is one of the things I've learned that when you interact with other people you learn and you make a bigger progress than you could have made when you alone. HHow ever oneimportantthing is being responsiblefor every work or assignment you've been entrusted with.

I am a qualify electrician I am working for rcl foods, I am a hard worker I like my job very much I focus and intelligence I like to work with poeple who have a goal of success in mind respect Poeple a lot I gain a lot of experience in rcl which is grow me daily I also shear lot information to my colleague i realy enjoy to work with multiskil poeple in order to gain more , the thing that cool me down is when poeple fail to what supposed to be done

Worst experience

Can not plan day as called into unscheduled meetings constantly Overload of tasks manager not interested Bullied to do work not in your role or experise No idea about process and proceedures Working unneccessary overtime due to managers bad planning
