RCL FOODS - Beverage Division Reviews

 

Employees were not treated the same.

There was a lot of work to be done on a single shift while we were short staffed, a person had to make sure that they managed their time right or else they wouldn't be able to complete all their tasks. The relationship at the laboratory with co-workers was average, but it allowed us to interact with the other departments daily, allowing you to be able to understand the different characters of different people. What I have learnt is you can chose to do your job right no matter the situation in the company and that may make you a threat to other people but it will definitely pay off in the long run. What I enjoyed most was completing my daily tasks without cheating nor forging results and knowing that the time I spent studying at University was not in vain. The most challenging aspects of the job was being overlooked by your manager regardless of the hard work that a person does, and also having to motivate yourself daily that regardless of the poor work environment you would do your job.

Pros: It was just an experience
Cons: Hard work is not rewarded.
