Rba is a good organisation to work for their management practices open door policy. There is a two way communication among eployees and management. Everthing they do is transparent. The employees working there are happy becausethe is a balance between job and home. If an employee has personal problem management tackle it quick so that the performance of an employee must not be affected.ihave learnt a lotbecause is the only company i worked for and i enjoyed working with the colleagues.

Pros: Rmployer of choice
Cons: No benrfit like car allowances and housing allowance and no transparency.
