Great learning curve

Great experience and knowlegde gain, interacting with clients on a daily basis and learning how to handle different mind sets. Enjoying mind blowing challenges, generating new leads and keeping current clients happy for better and more exposure. Hosting seminars and presentations. Team work is a cherry on top as I get to know my weaknesses and learn from others. I have learnt great ways of customer service as it's a make or break rule of the business, without them the business won't exist. I enjoy mostly talking to my clients and advising them as they always have a hear say story, so I tell them facts. Challenges are there but they are meant to build me, undecided clients or confused clients who want to cancel deals are challenging but once you give them all the consequenses of cancelling as it affects them badly as well they come back to their senses.

Stepping up phase

We had daily regional sales meeting, updates, planning and reports. I was reporting directly to National Sales manager and had every month general national sales meeting and appraisals. Have done a lot of direct marketing, electronic marketing, Visual and Radio stations, and public financial seminars. I am naturally competitive, perfectionist and honest person which can be a bit intimidating. Naturally works well with my superiors. The working atmosphere and culture we amazing, we had dedicated staff, positive energy. I had an opportunity to embrace my public speaking capabilities. It always felt good to have clients appraisal more and often. Our challenges were general misconception caused by our competitors and working hard every time to earn clients trust. We also had to work with some of the government paralytics; their carefree attitude was one of the most challenging aspects of our company production.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: definalitely long hours, as my kids are now at teen age stage and independent

I learned alot from this job... i learned to know what is teamleader and to know what is important

I am a hard worker.. i believe in learning something new everyday, i love to interact with others. I believe that the greatest achievement is to allow others to teach you. I love office work and just computer and focusing on one thing . Basically i love to do things on my own and show my talent. I am goal oriented and also allow myself to grow to whatever opportunity i see or get. I have to see my grow with different type of Relations. I get along with everyone. I believe in working together and finding solution to whatever is needed . I know when to ask for help and i love working in pressure.. i can work for myself for hours and get lost in my work. My challenges are getting bored and not having anything to do

Hse health and safety

am sales person our typical work for a day is doing cooperate marketing with various department and companies for a lead generation. am conducting seminar presentation and meeting preparation and minute taking during the course of a seminar. what i enjoy most is commutation with new people at the seminar i learn a lot from other people views .

Pros: when i start to work i was a runner on the pavement doing sale direct marketing then i got a promotion to become a outdoors advertiser then i got promotion to logistics again promoted to sale representative

Hard working

I was recruited by the company while i was working at the mall, they were impressed by my work rate, determination and capability to sell, I am always willing to go the extra mile and learn from my colleagues, respect my team mates, always punctual and have a high working rate and always willing to win and achieve the teams goals and objectives.
