There is always pressure, meaning we are in a challenging industry. Which is what i strive or. We are in a very friendly environment. Our clients are the happiest and that makes us proud of what we do, which is actually making sure that dreams do come true. We are in the business of making dreams come true as it is everyone's dream to one day own their dream home. We are developers, we buy land and develop. That is why you find that the entire area knows my name to the youngest individual. We promised that we will do more.

Pros: Meet people, and very challenging
Cons: No room for growth and the business rescue setup.

Team player

I enjoy my job and im getting along with my fellow workers, i've learn a lot since i joined my current company. They taught me how to make a proper and proffesional seminars and trained us how to do formal presentations.

Pros: I got promoted from a sales associate to a senior sales associate due to my production
Cons: Working in the evening

Excellent leaning, fun and challenging

Great place to work for. Great learning opportunities. I have grown in this company due to challenges that came daily in the sales department. I get to meet new people everyday, some difficult to deal with and some not so difficult but eventually it's a great experience and fulfilling.

Pros: Travel claims
Cons: Long hours, job security
