Currently unemployed. 2 year Contract expired Worked in a operationally diverse organisation which kept the challenges at a zenith. High pressure position was exciting and stimulating matched only by the benefits of a tax free salary and the perks. Staff were culturally diversified and this was a learning curve that few experience.

Pros: High Stress position enabled solid strategic alignment and critical decision making skills
Cons: Organisation not supported by Holding Group.

People are what makes it at our Company. It's the willingness to go the extra mile and feel confident enough to challenge each other to get the right results. Feeding off each other without the politics sets us apart. Our main challenge is getting the right hardware to work in the right amount of time to solve clients problems.
