I am ambitious and set reasonable goals for myself.

I am responsible for the IT operations in the Central Region. I have 4 junior IT staff members and 2 admin staff that report to me. I have to ensure that the IT members provide daily support to employee's and ensure that user queries\issues are resolved in a friendly and timeless manner to ensure the least business impact. The admin staff are responsible for all mobile queries and to assist with mobile queries such as stolen/damaged mobile phones, blocked 3G cards etc. I have to manage them and ensure that documentation is complete correctly and the customers are kept up to date on the progress. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and they know that my door is always open. I enjoy working with the different people and assisting to get complicated issues resolved and ensuring that the customer is happy with the service received. The most challenging aspect is providing support to users that have either no or very poor internet connections.

I LIKE WORKINNG WITH THE COMMUNITY OF MP COS NOW I KNOW MANY CHALLENGES FACING OUR PEOPLE .The company was so good cos we learn a lot . And we experince what is neede to the people of the counrty and what most trouble our people

Learnt all the ins and outs of the asphalt industry

I worked for Raubex as a senior asphalt foreman. I worked on many large projects for SANRAL,DOT and local municipalities.I worked with a shuttle buggy in Richards bay harbour .

Pros: Great learning opportunity . Good benefits.
Cons: Salary not the best.

Good company.

Tthethe company is good it has long working hours. It has greate benefits if they put you on the vehicle scheme where they pay for your bakkie and it has to be a bakkie. It pays half of your medical aid and it's the best medical aid which is discovery classic saver. They provide a house for you to eat and stay in and the nice thing is that they pay you like R200 for working away from home which is good. y a good company. ay

Excellent learning curve

I Have enjoyed my work for years now but I recently got married so would like to be back in Bethlehem with my wife. we work away allot I am a hard worker an do above and beyond what is expected of me

Excellent

I'm a former student at Denver technical college looking for inservice training in order to complete my national diploma in management assistant. I have completed my N6 in management. I'm a fast leaner who works hard and pays attention to details. willing to learn and adapt to new environments. if taken i will make success of it Thank you
