Excelent learning cuve

Start of with daily planning meeting. Great my labour and descuss duties. Set out as planned. Relationship with co workers on site is great. Relationship with managment is great. One just need recignition for your work. Having a challenge everyday is what I look for most forward to. To problem solve and proof to engineers that there is something wrong with their desighns.

Pros: Good insentives
Cons: Work 6 days every week. Dont get recognition for your work. No furher studies or courses to help one stay in the game. As I never have time to do it myself because of working hours.

Good day I really want to have a job in Bloem. And have a consulting job. I know I can do this job. I am a hard worker. I am in the process of regiater at ECSA. All my documents is in. Thamk you

Got enough exposure on the mechanical field as a diesel mechanic apprentice

It's a good company yes, but if only allowing people to grow within it and treat everyone fairly, from general workers to the head of the company. You'd work but it's not guaranteed that your hard work and long working hours will taken into consideration. But I guess every company has its politics within the company.

Pros: Good company for enough exposure
Cons: Positive working environment is not maintained
