NO GROWTH AT THE WORK PLACE

A TYPICAL WORK DAY WHEN YOU GET AT WORK AND TRY TO TELL THE SITE MANAGER ABOUT THE IMPORTANTS OF SAFETY ON SITE AND HE WILL JUST SAY SAY SAFETY DOES NOT BRING IN MONEY INTO THE COMPANY. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ME AND THE WORKERS AS SPECAIL BECOUSE WE UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER AND THEY UNDERSTAND ME AS IAM ONE PERSON WHO THEY CAN TALK TO WHEN THEY NEED SOMETHING, I HAVE LEARNED LOT OF THINGS FROM DIFFRENT PEOPLE BEAOUSE IAM A GOOD TEAM PLAYER I'VE LEANED HOW TO COMUNICATE WITH CO-WORKERS, I'VE LEARND HOW TO APPROUCH PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN A GOOD MOOD. I MOSTLY ENJOY DOING MY WORK WITH A PATION ENJOY LEARNING THINGS THAT I DON'T KNOW. THE MOST CHALLENGING THINGS AT MY WORK PLACE IS THE MANAGERS THEY DONT TAKE SAFETY SERIOUS AND IT BECOMES A PROBLEM BEAUSE I END UP NOT REACHING MY SAFETY TARGETS AS THEY REFUSE TO SPEND MONEY ON SAFETY MATERIALS

Pros: THERES NO OPPRTUNITY OF GROWTH AT MY WORK PLACE BECAUSE THE MANAGERS ARE NOT TAKING SAFETY SERIOUS
Cons: 07:00 TO 17:00

It's quite an excellent learning curve since the company is big and construct massive projects

It's quite challenging to work at Raubex Building and it's a good learning curve because we do massive projects at constraint periods. Therefore one needs to learn fast under a lot of pressure. Otherwise I really enjoyed working for the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more because I worked with very experienced people who were so helpful.
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent Learning Curve

Corporate culture is poor. Exco and Top Management have lost contact with the rest of the company leaving them to their own devises with regard to vision and goals. Their remuneration was terrible. The experience and knowledge gain however was invaluable.

Pros: Cross trade hands on learning oppertunity
Cons: Lack of proper communication between Head Office and Sites
