Good learning curve

I enjoy working at the municipality because I get to interact with different people like clients and co-workers of which I have a good relationship with them. I have learnt how to deal with clients or visitors, being professional and solving problems. I enjoy working with people more, and the most challenging aspect of the job is handling difficult clients or visitors but I have to keep calm and solve their problems and keep the happy.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and more experience
Cons: Long working hours and a small amount of salary
