I have gain knowledge on how to design process flow,measurable objectives and conduct level 3 inspection . I was assisting in war on leaks projectpperforming the following duties:Assessment ,contracting,monitoring and induction of new trainees.

Working at randwater taught me how to interact with poeple. I was given an opportunity to do recruitment,assement and contracting for various provinces. I conducted induction and orientation for two weeks in bloemfontein for war on leaks trainees.
Pros: I enjoyed working with poeple. My manager was an hinestvoerson who taught me how to write a good report . Howvto prepareva good presentation.
Cons: working for a big company like randwater taught me to be independent.

I have project management skills, computer skills i have communication skills and monitoring and evaluation skillsand I can be able to work under pressure. I have more than 5 years experience in projectenvironment. I have administration skills and Secretary.
Pros: I can work better as a team and individual. I can wok under pressure. I understand basic conditions of employment act and other legislation

Big company but not easy to get promotion even if you are internal, no calls for interviews even though one has required qualifications and experience.

SHEQ work life and culture
I have specialized and qualified in mine environmental I have gained incredible management experience whilst working at Goba engineering consultant as SHE manager. I was responsible for the SHEQ integrated system and document management of the company. I dealt with implementation of safety strategies aligned and tailored them for various projects; implementation of safety management system with projects using systems such as Miracles; Isometrix, SAP to name a few; Project Safety Management and budget control. I am a registered Safety Practitioner with the Institute of Safety Management body.The experience and knowledge I have gained over the past eight years has benefited me in my career. I am currently based in the Gauteng province, and would be available for an interview. I look forward to your favourable response.
