I am a very dynamic authentic individual and work incredibly well managing with people. I have gained extensive experience in the food and beverage industry working as a corporate and franchise consultant. In my career, I am passionate about problem solving. I flourish under circumstances where I am given the opportunity to develop new strategies and improve systems to the benefit of the business/organisation I am working for. I enjoy challenges that force me to exceed my skills and allow me to think "out of the box". My great people skills is what I consider as my greatest strength and asset. Whether it be training staff (waiters, management, colleagues, etc) or developing and pushing people to their greatest potential. I have a gift for motivating and guiding people to achieve their goals and skills to benefit the business.

Excellent worker and hard working

Excellent learning experience and self growth
My day begins with the checking overdrafts loaded against the overdraft print out to ensure that all overdrafts loaded were authorized and that temporary overdrafts were reverted.My day varies which makes the job more interesting.I deal with clients from different industries with different credit limits and credit needs.I enjoy the interaction between mysfelf,the Credit Risk Mangers,the Credit Relationship Managers and the Credit Analysts.The most challenging aspects of my job,is to understand and know all my clients,always be in the know as to what is happening in the different industries and the ability to make informed quick credit decisions.

Excellent learning curve
I am a young lady who have completed and has a National Diploma in Logistics at the Tshwane University of Technology and I am currently working in Rand Merchant Bank as a client administrator. During my studies and alsomy time working in FNB and RMB I have acquired skills and experiences that have equipped me with qualities allowing me to detect areas in the environment which require immediate and urgent attention .I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibilities and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels. I also of course possess the basic prerequisites in procurement, warehouse management and supply chain. I possess intangible, flexibility in the workplace, a willingness to go beyond and do more than what my job description entails. The ability to learn, adopt and adapt are all qualities I believe will make me become an asset to the company.

It is a financial industry striving for excellence. Their priority is excellent client service.It offers investments,transactional banking,corporate,commercial,retail banking for their clients. Its one of the top banks in South Africa. Its growing its business throughout Africa and international.The companies values allow for staff to work in a healthy working invoronment, it values its employees. I have learned a lot about client service and finance. It was very challenging when no mistakes were expected.

I am passionate about people, seeing them thrive.
What I enjoy the most about working for RMB is the freedom to be innovative. I thrive most in an environment that allows me to be me and I show up as my best self always. There is no typical work day. I am looking after a very busy portfolio, my day varies from having a coaching conversation with a leader to facilitating a mentorship workshop, to updating projects, to addressing an Industrial Relations issues. Connecting with employees. It varies from day to day and I always make sure that I channel my energy and I am intention with how I spend my time. Creating structure and ticking off to do lists also helps and it gives me a sense of achievement at the end of the day. I am very focused, hard working and results driven. I love dealing in strategy and partnering with business in helping them achieve that.
Pros: My current work is truly great. I am challenged and stretched, I continuously grow in my knowledge, experience and skill.
Cons: I really cannot think of any. The only reason I would leave is for another role that I feel will challenge me and excite me.

Good corporate governance and culture
I have 10-15 years’ experience in the IT Asset and Procurement industry. As you will see from resume that my experience gained is a combination of both roles. I do not limit my ability to function exclusively to IT Asset Management nor Procurement fields, however I believe that I can add value to any other work areas, as both the above roles have given the advantage and benefits of working within many different business units with the RMB environment and allowed me to gain both practical and business solutionist thinking and approaches. I am certain that I can add value to you and your organization because of my skills and knowledge experience over the many years of being part of a conglomerate like Rand Merchant Bank.
Pros: Great environment to work in, job and career ownership and growth opprortunities is good. friendly and helpful staff, cohesive and innovative environment.
Cons: lack of clarity of the business strategy within the IT environment. Management not always glued up with operational challenges.
