About my job

I have good relationship with my co-workers, we share responsibilities and we account as a team-work. The challenge that I sometimes come across it is when the work load is high leading to working over time and knocking off late. I have that work that once reported work is always the first priority, I have learnt how to create and maintain good relationships with existing client in the company. What I love most is dealing with queries (solving), planning for daily duties and working on the floor. I do not enjoy sitting in front of computer the whole day.

Excellent

I started on learnership.which taught me lot of things in a small period of time.i went to different departments.call centre taught me to believe in myself.self confidence in talking to different clients.

Excellent

I started as a learnership which gave me opportunity to learn different departments.the manager is no nonsense taking.that help me to put more effort in my work and also to reach daily target.working with clients in Customer service was a challenge which i over step it.it taught me to have more confidence in me

Excellent learning curve and experience is good with a lot of opportunities

I have learned a lot about freight and logistics I have learned how to manage my work etiquettely and to handle my co workers. I have a good experience in good customer service and able to meet customers satisfaction. I am able to work under my own supervision and also in a team. Although my salary is low but i have gained so much experience in the freight and logistics industry and willing to work and grow more in the industry. I work long hours to meet customers satisfaction and to go extra mile. The challenge i normally have is when i can't get a hold of a customers when their details are not correct. I enjoy working with clients and handling more responsibilities.

Pros: It's a big company to work for and with a lot of great opportunities within as it has a lot of branches and different departments so with the experience i have i would say the doors are open and i have learned a lot. Not just work related but even on how to handle my individual being and also in communication
Cons: It's challenging to work long hours as we are wirking with clients and our aim is to meet our customers needs and satisfaction but that is what i enjoy the most

Perform managerial responsibilities for managers, follow protocol if you are a certain race if not then you may do as you please. No growth opportunity

my relation with co workers are brilliant i have learnt that the logistic industry is ever changing and a fast paced environment i enjoy the challenges the industry throws at me daily
