Excellent learning curve

Working under pressure Ram couriers surely teaches you that, multi-tasking as well. Too much of work to do for 1 person its a stressful environment. I have learnt alot about self management being able to manage your time not only focusing on one tasks and have the ability to focus on the lot at the end of the day the job must be done.

My duties

I was working as query agent,my duty was to scan parcels, dealing with incoming and outgoing emails, dealing with outgoing and incoming calls,relabeling and consignment.amending address and change of address.doing follow up with clients and supply to make sure we meet client's needs and expectations

Query Agent

Ram Couriers is a good company. I work at Ram 8am - 5pm Monday to friday.A typical work day at ram is to get in in the morning ,greet everyone ,go on my computer to check if there's any urgent mails I should give attention to. When I done with that,I will start sorting out address queries and assist the drivers with directions if they cannot find the streets. Once all the guys are out,I start with my incentive work as I am ram's incentive Agent. My normal duties at ram during the day is customer and courier Support. The staff are very nice and they love me. What I have learned at ram is to multitask as there's quite alot of things to do at once. What I enjoy most is my incentive work,to motivate the guys to be more positive and to do well in their work.

Data Capturing, Customer service, Filling and Control Room Operations.

wonderful environment with dedicated people who build a great team. started my day at 6am all vehicles testing panic buttons before dispatch, capturing all. worked with great team going am extra mile to ensure production is reached promptly. being a hard worker rewards i was hired as a general worker and grow to become a control room operator for the company. challenging moments where when one of your vehicle was hi-jacked or involved in an accident and losing life of a colleague or company goods lost.

Pros: there was great oppotunity of growth and i enjoyed that
Cons: Long hours would drain you, sometimes Sunday to Sunday

Hard working, self motivated ambitious, enthusiastic in learning new ideas

At my present company trust and reliability ,responsibility and compassion are few of the aspects instilled in me. We have the most respect with our working colleges and Superiors. The most challenging part of my job is driving at night it does get a bit tiering but I don't really mind it is my job.

Im currently un employed but i have earned lot where i was working

I am a dedicated individual in everything I do. I work well alone and in a group. I am punctual and passionate about logistics. I am respectful, humble and easy to get along with. I love networking and gaining knowledge at any given time. I strongly believe in self empowerment. I complete my work at all times

team leader. Solving customers problems, report irregularities to management, learning how to manage people, customers service ,weigh parcels, ensure correct quantity, supervisor skills
