Excellent learning

I am switchboard operator and am working alone there with no assistance all calls come throw me and I transfer to the right department or people I work under pressure everyday. I do data capture as well help clients accordingly and assist in oculus department were they deal with paper work. I fill all the proof of payments according to date and month. I work 8-5

Pros: i have gain lot if experience working for ram company and learn new things most of the time and i have learn to work under pressure as well

Learning yes because you meet a lot of clients

I can relationship wise with my employer is good . I am working hard , honest person that makes me to provide a good job. Working environment it is not good from my department because it's risky even though it's like that i have a ways of overcoming with all of those challenges.

Pros: No opportunity or grouwth
Cons: Working hours is also too much , but fair enough they pay for extra hours.

Excellent drive

I am a good hard working drive and dedicated to my job, I like a to work in teams so that I can learn more different skills of working. I love my job and been punctually at work so that I can freely forcing on my daily basis, since I have worked with Ram Courier Transport to do delivery and collection I have learn a lot of difference things

Pros: I want to see myself become a person that who is growing with the company and become one of the perfect leader.
Cons: I like to work a long working hours in order to have a strong knowledge in the company.

That was an amazing company

Ram is a great company to work for, high pressure and in demand of loyalty and trustworthy. Both employees and employer were great people to work with. Their cars were highly maintained and taking care of the roadworthy.

Pros: i was always in the positive moods of seeing different people (customer) every day, getting to know and understand them better.
Cons: high risk due to hijacking

I am always looking forward to new challenges and willing to learn from others

I have good interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I believe these skills and attributes in addition to my academic qualifications have developed my potentials to become one of most efficient employee in any company .I also completed my Trade Test,Moderator and Assessor certificate in Electrical Heavy Current and this to me shows I have leadership skills
