I have been in the company for 2 years, and I have learned a lot. I started off as a Marketing intern, and I am now permanently employed. My working relationship with my colleagues is good and I have learned quite a lot about business. The most challenging thing is to generate leads for projects.

Excellent learning

I am a temporary worker at Raizcorp. I have been here for less then a month. But working here has helped me improve myself on this knowledge that I have. I have improved my tyiping skills, communication skills and computer skills. I am so happy with my working hours and working condition. I am having a good relationship with my colleagues, we are all working well together s a team. What I like the most is our walk in clients moment, I like how I give them information they like, I like assisting them and that is developing my communication skills. I like it when the rate my services, it is the beat moment ever. There are no challenges yet so I love my every minute of my job.

Preparing Management Accounts for clients from source documents

Processing clients books from source documents and identifying gaps in their internal control system as well as pricing system and assisting them to set up basic internal control systems and basic costing of their products or projects. It is sometimes a challenge to educate an entreprenuer with no idea of accounting how to cost products and also to get them to submit all source documents for processing management accounts. Monthly Head Office Reporting of client perfomance interms of turnover and profit growth. Reporting and controlling branch expenses.

Pros: Working for Raizcorp has helped me to deal with a wide variety of people. Having more than 40 clients each with different character makes one a real team player.
Cons: It is sometimes a challenge to educate an entreprenuer with no idea of accounting how to cost products and also to get them to submit all source documents for processing management accounts.

Think outside the box opportunity

A typical day at work is fast paced and everyone has a bit of craze in them, if you are feeling down someone will actually stop you or approach you and ask you if you need to talk, heck or even make anonymous chocolate drops at your work station, we believe in giving you you a smile. I have learned to have an adult conversation if something doesn't sit well with you. I enjoy hearing the happiness of newly appointed candidates.I suppose after doing same job for 6years nothing is challenging anymore.

I'm a team worker and i can work under-pressure. I'm a fast learner, hard worker and i can work long hours Time management and job plan I'm good with my hands that is why i'm on facilities and maintenance

I'm very professional when it comes toy work, punctual, target driven, team player.

I'm a very driven person, team player, can also work individually, can deliver on time. Good communicator, faster learner and always will to assist others.

Pros: Great opportunity working with entrepreneurs, i really learned so much and yes i was promoted and in 2015 I got an award as well for serving clients respectfully and on time.
Cons: Some times it was long hours but worth it.

No Growth

Some management people are hostile and thrive on reporting other junior workers to top management. Not an environment that you can innovate and show your full potential, always a heavy hand from top management.

Fast paced environment

Fast paced environment, results oriented no time to play around definitely will learn a lot of skills if you open to it. Strict no cellphone usage. No flexibility in working hours, Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Lots of assessments, no company benefits
