Excellent learning curve

Good working environment and a great place to learn as well as develop skilss. Growth in the company is hard even when there are positions available its hard to apply to grow your potential but overall its a good place to start a career in the technical industry

Excellent

I check on line quality control monitoring on all products and testing of poultry to specification standards. I ensure good quality work is maintained and the product meets the customer's satisfaction. I have learnt a lot about the importance of food safety and I had been trained on the HACCP system that helps in the production process

Pros: Great opportunity to minimize food contamination

An open learning environment

Working there was great. The are lots of different departments doing different things, since I was assigned to almost all of them i learned a lot about the production of chicken and other products made from chicken.

Pursuing my career

The kind of job you are doing, you should excel on it in order to give your company a good competitive advantage. I think most companies fail because workers doesn't want to take ownership on the companies they are working for. Employers should motivate and groom their employees mind so that they will clearly understand that in order for them to be paid at the end of the day, they should please the company. if there is no income to the company than there is no money to pay them.
