I've learnt to do every job according to the best of my ability

working at Rage is like creating your own family especially with co-workers, I've worked in different department from warehouse, stock controlling , invoicing, account and now i am doing collections, but everyone that I've worked with we treat each other like family. from the security guys to cleaners we are like this one big family

Pros: for me i cant say its a promotion, is just that they give you a chance to experience other things within the company
Cons: working hours are normal with tea break and lunch

Excellent learning experience

My co-workers were all right,taught me a lot about merchandise and always keeping store clean Typical day at work was to help customers and stay friendly draining especially on month ends .

Is to how to deal with different customers

My job is to make sure to adhered to company policy nd procedures,giving good customer service,always respect other people that you working with in the store even from head office

Pros: since I've worked 1 year so far im still not want to be promoted
Cons: Working from 9am to 18pm

Experience at company

A typical day includes reconciling accounts between our company and landlords. I deal with landlord queries and use leases as the basis for charges. My co-workers and I share a very good relationship which allows good communication skills and the ability i have to work in a team. In this role I have learnt a lot about the retail industry and leases regarding the accounting part as well as the compliance with leases. I enjoy learning new aspects of the job and dealing with the different queries that come along from all the different landlords.
