This is the best opportunity I've been given and have gained experience

Since I have joined this company it has been a pleasant honor, the relationship I have with my managers co-workers we have such a great team. Communication makes things easier in a working environment. I am a peoples person a good problem solver have a good customer service. I have not studied HR course but I have leaned a lot in this department and gained experience. I have learned to be confidential with other issues of employees.

Pros: I started as an admin then to HR Assistant and has been a great journey
Cons: I only work Monday to Friday , if I have too much workload I came very early for work and put more extra hours. My work is always submitted in time.

Stressful learning curve

The years I have spent there, I worked from doing a lot of administrative work for the stores we were building to actually starting to oversee my own projects, did costings per project, procurement, learnt how to draw on autocad, overlook all departments accounts, negotiation skills acquired from trying to get good pricing and logistics moving around the goods.

Pros: You learn to work under pressure
Cons: You get overworked and not paid enough.

Customer service

Have learnt about customer service,I work very well with my c .I get challenge by work if there's something new that j should learn and Don have much information about it olleagues I enjoy helping customers in what they want I enjoyed helping them with what they can wear

Cons: No employee development, low salary payment,get fast to dismiss

Eye opening experience

Working here has been a great opportunity for me and eye opening, i have learned ubuntu and have seen more of my streanths and weaknesses. I know more about Hr now practically as cpmpared to what i have read and learned at tertiary. My co-workers have taught me team work ans tolerance. I enjoy working in a healthy environment and i enjoy brainstorming the challenging aspect is working under alot of pressure because that is what my job requires.

I have learn more withing the company

am hard worker, motivated,friendly person,team player and fast learner,i have computer skills,telephone skills and communications skill, i have worked as data capture,admin clerk and customer service,currently am doing legal under debt review client,with the qualification and experience that i have i think am the best candidate,and am looking forward to be part of your team and willing to learn more within your company. best regards

I have learn to learn by example

Working at rage is very good place of work their working hours are very reasonable . We have a good relationship with co-workers .but there is no benefits only incentive for opening account you get R20.00 for opening 1 account .challanges that I have is not reaching target because we have we are 3 stores in 1 center.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working hours are good 9 to 5

Have gain lost of experience within company,and looking forward to learn more

Excellent learning area, the relationship with co workers was perfect

Let the company promote staff rather than hiring people who dont know the work,and ask the staff to train someone who dont know the work and pay them more than the experienced team.
