Excellent learning curve

I work 7 days a week that includes weekends only get 1 day off by week except when am weekend off,I am in good terms with the company currently given a chance now again to be acting manager,they believe in me.I have management skills and cabable of running a store;managing stock and staff.I've learnt a lot from my company good customer service,administration,financials and merchandising skills.what I enjoy most is you get meet different people and learning to work them.most of all is reaching our monthly targets because we get incentives and encouraged to keep on working hard to reach our goals.challenges in our company is that there's no growth

Exceptional client care

Its a busy environment but still have the ability to be friendly and willing to help. The relation with the co-workers is the best because we have an understanding of ech other and have the best way to resolve the issues we have, Ive learnt so much in the industry because we are dealing with people and different people and being tolerant is the other aspect that ive come to realise that i have a strength on it. Being so patient with clients. What I really enjoy about my job, with difficult clients you find a way to change a bad attitude to a happy client that is so willing to come back again and shop, we treat them with respect and care to retain then them.

Productive and fun workplace

My Career highlights are working comfortably with team members and members of the public. I also have gained confidence in being helpful and polite. I have become physically fit since I work on my feet most of the day. Working as part of a sales team has been such a great growth kind of a journey, I know have knowledge of inventory techniques and a smart appearance and articulate. Excellent customer service

I used to capture clients information and che if everything is ready to start the day and I had a great relationship with the co-workers and I have learned that it's never too late to follow your dreams and do what you love. I mostly enjoyed communicating and learning more about the great service and knowledge we share with our customers and the most challenging aspects is the the is no growth in the company and you cannot express your interest and skills

Learn how to work with different cultures and also gaining more experience

Being able to work with the staff was great .. I enjoyed being there cos of the people we were working with.i learnt that as humans we need each other and us working as a team helps improve our knowledge
