Excellent learning curve

In a typical day I would come on duty and check my emails, arrivals, departures,Traces,and also check my Roster making sure everyone is on shift. I will go through my handoverover from the next day.I like working in a team because we understood each other. I felt like people could convide in me and we would have the respect for one another. What I have learn is that when you on shift the people close to you on a daily basis is the poeple you spend at work. Leave your personal problems at home and focus on your work.

I loved the environment. I've learned the most about problem solving. Team work

Then company allows everyone to grow by allowing employees to do cross training. Team work was there . If the employee called sick, we cover the position.
