Vibrant and Keeps one on theirs toes

A general administrative running of the office and interacting with 25 educators. Have to be neutral towards all the levels such as management to Level 1 educators. Very enlightening due to planning of events,workshops and having to welcome new members of the staff and interact as well with the learners and their queries related to office administration. I enjoy my job due to the friendly environment and the strong sense of teamwork within the staff, i enjoy the love and how collegues have grown t o be a family. The challenging part about my job is that i perform state duties but fall under the SGB payroll therefor my remuneration is quite less. In this job i also have to deal with difficult service providers which affects the smooth running of the school.

Pros: I do not work on school holidays
Cons: unreasonable remuneration
