Not a good company to work, the relationship with their workers is very bad

Loved to work there

Loved to work there. The company and the people the management team help to be who I"m today. It a very good company to work for and I had a good team to complete all production in time.

Good experience in electronic and skills provided

Good atmosphere around the company, harnessing is the good challenging assembly I have done. Using of tool's such as hydrolic crimping, other. Military cable's is one I enjoy most to assembly.

It is a great learning field because there are a lot of things are being done at the company.

There are a lot of things that need to be done by the manufacturers so whenever I get done with my work I'm allowed to go on floor and start a harness in order to finish up the production

Pros: Well if you excell in more than two different working areas
Cons: We only worked from 7 to 4 and we would do overtime if required

Working with Radel

Working with Radel has taught me many lessons about life, you can find people who are willing to help you when you need help and the coleagues are always being supportive. If you had to get to work one day and you are a bit short on the transport money, you can call anyone and be assisted, the level that the management tries to go an extra mile for employees is amazing.

I work with a lot of people with different types of personalities, attributes and attitude

The company is very big and its growing every day, i have learned the most thongs at this company. And i also appreciate the opportunities that i have received, however I want to exoand my knowledge and grow in this career
