A Challenging yet rewarding career

We service around 5000 pilots, aircraft owners, technical personnel and flight instructors in South Africa. I manage nine different departments with a very small and tightknit team, and each of us perform the work of 4 to 5 people, and in half the time than our industry counterparts. Our average work days are very fluid and dynamic as we service some of the most demanding clients one can find, but always manage to make a success thereof. Whilst we have had some failures, we have always learnt from these and turned the situation into some of our best successes. I have learnt managing people, risk, and demanding situations. I have learn tolerance and consideration. I enjoy new challenges, continuous learning. The most challenging aspect is managing people and managing relationships. Dealing with accidents and fatalities involving our clients, who often happen to be friends is one of the toughest aspects of our jobs.

Pros: Challenging, always interesting, rewarding in realising success and high customer satisfaction.
Cons: Constant risk of liabilty, dealing with the loss of our clients and friends, often dealing with malicousness and disingeneous people

Good Learning experience

Great learning experience, assist clients with queries, process applications, handle incoming post/payments. Definitely a different working environment.
