Leadership skills,safety measures in industrial environment

I am presently working at Sasol secunda,and I have here for the past four years,i have learned a Lord about industrial equipment,safety procedures,leardership in both mining and chemical atmosphere.my relationship with my colleague and management is always healthy.

Pros: Hardworking and persistent always result in succession at any business
Cons: I am capable of working long hours

Excellent learning facility

I've been working with this company for over 4 years. I started doing vacation work with the manager/CEO to learn about the electrical environment as a career. After my matric year I started studying at Sol-tech and still worked part-time jobs for this company. I finished my qualification and apprenticeship with another company and started working full-time at RA Electrical. I have learned so much from them, I'm a great team player and the only reason I want to get another job is to broaden my horizons. I want to start my career in another town other than my hometown and I would live in Cape Town.

Pros: Great mentorship
Cons: Unpredictable hours
