Hydroponics farm

It is the largest commercial farm producing herbs,flowers,and vegetables through hydroponics.Has close to 500+ employees. Every commodity produced is organic,housekeeping is the key for every tunnel and only quality is produced and meeting of targets is always achieved.Gives growers a platform to show their leadership skills . Workers are very dedicated and always willing to lend an extra hand whenever there's a huge order to be sent,since we worked long hours at times.

Pros: Opportunity for career growth and advanced management

Very good learning curve

It is very good learning curve and it has opportunities of marketing yourself and showing your skills, In terms of putting yourself out there you have to work very hard because the industry favours certain people and not all of us and make sure you prove that you're worth it.

Pros: good opportunity for marketing
Cons: long working ours especially on a Monday
