Poor structure, no vision

We work an overtime that we do not get paid for. We even asked to work 14 to 15 hours a day and get told that managers don't get time back when working in their stores. We get told when to take our leave. We don't get bonuses, no year end party and communication is very bad. We never sure who to contact about anything. Example when we need stock. Sometimes we told to speak to operations and sometimes we told operations will not do everything for us. We need to speak to brand custodian. We do the same training every week and don't get trained on the important things like products. We do our own research. The company vision is not being shared with staff, we get told of changes on last minutes, which affects our lives. No growth. We never get feedback when we doing well but we always get bad feedback.

Sales

My typical works days were weekends. Currently muittasking with school as well although I will be graduating around September. My relationship with my Co worker it's amazing because working as a team we are able to reach the companies tag. I've learnt to make a sales in a day. I enjoy interacting with people. The most challenging aspect is the working hours. our

Pros: Didn't get any promotion due to my contract

Stimulating

having been in the retail industry for over 4 years now, the main thing i have seen to be the greatest of all. is the ability to keep up and a good forecast on trends and in your field. Our store changes its stock every two weeks , giving customers something new and adding uniqueness for a limited time to those that seek it and come through to our store often enough. This adds not only excitement to the customers that come through to the store but to the workers aswell. This taught me that people like fish, like their bait in a certain way and sometimes its not always the same look that sells but the fit.

Pros: covered with regards to stock control.
Cons: bad communication from the top leaves us on the back foot always. overtime is paid out as time inlue
