I have a constant need to develop professionally while continuing to grow and learn

For the past twelve years I have gained invaluable experience in Payroll and in the Payroll Software field. I believe in forward thinking and innovative approaches and continue to be a catalyst for positive change. I have operated as the Leader of an International Payroll Team and have held key and diverse roles facilitating all aspects of Software Implementation, Training, Marketing, System Integrity and Consulting. I am able to optimize and utilize resources across the organisation to achieve specific and desired outcomes. In addition to being flexible and adaptable, I’m also passionate about attention to detail. I recently joined the company Quickbooks, where I identified problematic areas and systematically restructured and created overall efficiencies, thus improving client retention and boosting annual remuneration for the company. I apply this same level of attention to detail to everything I do from presentations to external stakeholders to daily routine.

Dynamic enviroment offering daily challenges

- answering incoming calls to provide support to our clients based on our payroll package, accounting package and bank stamen importer software - we are small 7 member team who works together - I have learned to think of out the box and tackle queries in different ways - I enjoy resolving a unique problem that is challenging and leaving a client satisfied - what is most challenging about the job is that i'm required to understand more than just the technical aspect of our product but also need to know my way around other product that work in conjunction with our product

EasyBiz QuickBooks has thought me to be more attentive to quality of service from when client first gets in from the gate to aftersales customer care. this has shown me that the customer feels important and is likely to refer other clients

Good

Start the day off by visiting clients. Once this is completed i return to the office and review work done by the accounting team. I have mastered the accounting packaged Quick books and have been exposed to many different types of companies. I enjoy working on QuickBooks however miss the Job satisfaction from my accountant role. Conducting a bulk training session was something that used to be very challenging for me however i have learnt to overcome this by learning to take control of the room
