Wonderful life skills

A typical work day would be speaking to foreign students and going through some grammar and english topics that they feel are challenging the outcome being students / clients understanding what they didn't before they entered a lesson , I would have to report on how successful the lesson was and how happy the client was the report includes any issues that went wrong or any concerns the client had . My relationship with my fellow colleagues are great , we know the workplace is for productive and we do wjhats needed and enjoy sharing our skills over a coffee or lunch. I have learnt that using my passions in the work place really brings out the best in me as a person - I love meeting and speaking to people . I am also very fond of kids . The most challenging thing about the job is mybe the technical side if things and how to resolve it in minimum time.

Good company but no growth available

Great work place , flexible hours work for me but can be stressful working on weekends my colleagues are the best management needs lots off work on when it comes to leading having to help customers is great daily an teach others about their devices

I really learned a lot

Hi I'm a talkative person who enjoys being around people' I really had fun where I used to to work since it was busy collaborative company where ever one was treated equally' I really learned a lot when it comes to telecommunications' my favourite position was being in a postpaid department because it allows you to do everything such as dealing with payments and setting up phone ,laptops , the challenging part was dealing with network because you had to deal with many queries.But I really enjoy the environment ' and everything that they thought me in every department'

Pros: Prepaid to postpaid
Cons: we had work long working ours when its busy especially on the 15 /30 most we used more 10 hours

Am a outgoing, organized , dependable, honest and cooperative

serving customers and guiding them from wrong queues and being told at the from that you're in a wrong queue go to the one, no we ask one on one on the queue do that if you are in a wrong queue I send you to the right direction cash and cheques deposits change request bank statement issuing balance enquir request daily limits & monthly limits adjustment card replacement to customers

Pros: time and flexibility not working on one place
Cons: work overload due absentism false sick leave to staff during December holidays

I am a hard worker I am in the top ten people who are fast to pick

I am a hard worker I am fast you can call my supervised to get information about me.we are picking the books at unisa the time of registration. We picking by stock for every person everyday and if is too much work we was picking on weekend and pay double for that day

Fast learner

I love to work with people, I am an easy going person go with the flow but I stand up for what i know and believe in.I do my day to day work and always help where i can to learn more. I can not describe all the thing i have learnt at my job with the write mindset you can achieve anything.I really enjoy to solve a problem, to do routing to make a plan to help the client faster.

Good opportunities given

I've gained a lot of experience from the company. I've obtained valuable skills that I can use to further myself and conquer challenges thrown at me in any working environment. I appreciate the opportunities given to me by them. I now feel I'm in a position where I can be challenged further.
