Quest research services Reviews

Work at your own pace, with less supervision

Normal working hours, friendly colleagues and employers, everyone is helpful and there is teamwork Achievable targets, Good for students as they get enough time for their studies. I have learnt to type quickly, and what I found challenging is coding and editing, but I like coding because I feel like it makes me learn something new everyday rather than doing easy work where I won't learn or grow and my communication skills have improved, as I spent most hours on the phone communicating with customers. No permanent work for people with no qualifications, no promotion, or growth opportunities within the company and at times there is delays on payments to employees as the money to pay employees depend on the payments of clients. And it is mostly commission based and sometimes fixed amount depending on the project being done.

Pros: Working hours and achievable targets
Cons: Temporary work and delays of payments to employees

Excellent learning curve

I learnt communication skills , telephone manners , team playing, and working under pressure as well as discipline. It was a good opportunity for me because the experience prepared me for working environment and taught me the ability to handle different personalities and problem solving .

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
