-You work long hours including weekends - I have learned Corporate Finance, Treasury and Consulting - Work relationship is scarce to develop - Overtime are not paid by the company - Company benefits are so limited - I enjoyed to be exposed and gained lot of experience - Challenges are linked with salary increase and bonuses

Pros: Lot of assignments that gives you work exposure and different experience.
Cons: Work load is too much and no salary increase at all and no bonus at the end of the year.

I and a financial manager also doing payroll hr and general admin and finance, there is no opportunity to grow. It is a very flat structure and the company does.not want to employ more people. It is a financial services company, an advisory company and it is also in the lensing busineas

Cons: A lot to do alone
