Excellent Experience to interact with Poultry enthusiasts all over the world

The Typical work day includes a brief meeting with my fellow co-workers in the morning, this meeting includes the daily task routine and if any poultry will be expected on the day. I work with very competent Poultry Enthusiasts, my co-workers are all well trained and deliver excellence on a daily basis. The enjoyment comes from my fellow workers and how they make my job and daily experience a great experience. I have learned most the aspects of communication and that it is rather the most important key when it comes to the working environment and the work progress. Nothing is ever too challenging for me as I take every day as it goes, certain tasks may be quite a challenge but all can we were done and sorted in the most professional manner Applying for this Vacancy will bring so much more experience to myself and other poultry enthusiasts, I trust you have found my review to the highest of expectation, Thank You All The Best, Mark von Willingh

Great learning experience

Typical work day starts with printing a daily production plan from SAP. Interpret the plan in a daily morning meeting with the team , where part of the agenda are Safety , Quality , Morale , Cost and Speed. In this meeting we get to didiscuss issues impacting on performance and achieving of daily targets.My team knows exactly what the expectation is to them as wroles are clearly defined. The team is also aware of the organisation's Code of Conduct and actions to be taken upon tranngrasition. I have a good working relationship with my team as I have time to listen to theri grieveinces and complaints to better our working relationship.What I have learnt is how dynamic production can be from time to time. Production with its challenges of breakdowns and no spares available to fix machinery are part of challenges.I enjoy interacting with HODs from other departments andd getting feedback on the perfomance of my department as we are supplplliers to other departments.

Pros: Opportunity to be promoted.

Excellent key area performance upraisal

irrelevant training methods towards careers multi task job monotonous routine racial oppression subordinates undermining superiors continuous change of operational standards good training ground for first time job seekers co workers backstabbing others no trust from employers to employees (favouritism)

Hardway to excellent

It was never an easy journey especially when starting to work because the eyes and pressure is upon you as they defenatly like to see what impact and attitude will you bring to the company that will up the company to the next level.I socialize well with my co- workers because we a both a team player having same ambitions to put the company to the next level.I have grown individually as an independent women on the company because I was the only woman around man , I enjoy and love monitoring my work given and come up with some solution before reporting . I managed to lower the risks of diseases and bypass from entering the work permit by ensuring that bio security is followed and put it into practice by so saying we managed to reach production.

Excellent on analysing variances on Financial statements

My strong point is to analyse data especially variances between the budget and the actual expenses and presenting the reasons to the board. I have a huge interest in the stock control as well as creating Bill Of Materials for different products. I worked for different companies and also did consulting work - preparation of financial statements for different municipalities and government departments. I also worked as an auditor and did external audits of the financial statements. I am currently an accountant at Quantum Foods and part of my job is to analyse the income statement for all cost centres and GL accounts and present the reasons why we are over budget.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Outside PE ( Thornhill) so there is extensive travelling

Exposed to a Great Experience

In my career i have learnt a lot and gained a lot of experience in different Industries. I have aquired good leadership skills and also learnt how to be a good leader. I have been a team player with positive inputs to the team and also developed many of the employees. I am a great influencer and make sure everything is done according to Safe working Standards. I enjoy challenges in the work place because i get to learn more and become strong.
