It was a great learning experience. Well informed and willing to share knowledge collegues. Even though the working shift were a little hard but every working shift was productive

Excellent learning curve

Good working conditions and very friendly environment we work together as a team and always come come up with great ideas to improve our workforce and I have learned so much when it comes to machines and working environment and learns to adjust to different situation the support that we get from the management and our director is very good and the most challenge is when there is a breakdown every body must produce there best skills and effectiveness so that the job can be done fast and at its best standard of the requirement

I enjoy working with people of all age groups.

I enjoy doing root course analyses in order to to come up with new strategic measures to solve special root courses of non conformances and to avoid the problem from reoccurring in future I also enjoy helping the artisan's with proper drawing Annalise's and start up in f the machines doing first off inspection before production can commence.

Pros: Yes the is great way of promotion.
Cons: Always willing to put that extra mile's when requested by my supervisor.
