Perfect company for learning

Quality services is a perfect company to learn and find your feet. It isn't a big company but it has 3 different departments that are related but have different disciplines. Which equips you for adaptability, dealing with different personalities, procedures and systems at a fast pace because it is a fast pace industry. The boss is a very motivated and success driven individual who never sleeps but is always thinking up new ways to make the company better and to grow. Which means he will always call you in and ask you to do different and new things, which also places you into a position to learn and grow.

Cons: Not much opportunity for growth

Learning curve

We do work for several clients upon their request for quality inspections or NDT work. Our jnspections are on daily basis withe clients ranging from small to big companies. We have a good working team developed iver the years of service at my company. I have learnt hiw to execute QC tasks in my own and making follow up kn tje work I have done. I enjoy tbe daily learning since we work with differents clients on daily basis. Having to get a salary increase.

Pros: A great opportunity to learn
Cons: Long working hours
