Quadrant has been an excellent learning environment
My typical work day involves: 1. Communicating with clients for budgets, tenant schedules, leases, turn over density for retail centres, plans, municipal account to prepare reports 2. Researching title deeds, zoning, municipal valuations, market trends 3. Preparing valuation reports using the DCF, capitalised and comparable sales method 4. Answering any questions clients may have relating to the valuation 5. Planning work flow for staff to ensure deadlines are met I generally have a very good relationship with my co-workers as I am very easy going and easy to work with. I have grown so much working at Quadrant and have gained great exposure working with the listed companies. The most challenging aspect of the job is the deadlines.
Pros: Working under one of the best property valuers in the country has taught me so much and exposed me to all different kinds of properties.

Excellent learning curve
Great place to start learning and getting familiar with the working industry. Management is very patient and willing to teach. There is no work pressure thus far.
