Pros: At QTS I work as a subcontractor -Artisan, I do Machining of large Sheave Wheels at Mines and Machining on my Lathe and Milling machine to improve my machine and do repairs / Maintenance
Cons: I work based on a call out so it is not permanent, two to three call outs per month average. Salary waiting time per call is 3 months.

dynamic team work effort coupled with engineering power. work requires a strategic planner where work results needs to be absolute and practical. TYPICAL work day involves safety and performance based in the construction and mining sites,where we deal with piping fabrication assemblies and engineering components such as pumps,egitators ,instrumentation,valves ,etc. Logistics are the most challenging part of what we do where crime is the reality but we still need to deliver at the clients based requirements and ensure that the workers are safe at all cost. whilst keeping cost at minimum.our co-worker relations are strickly business to ensure maximum plant efficiency.
